“I spy, I spy…” is a therapeutic program designed for children between the ages of 6-10, who show behavioral problems in their environmental and self-awareness. The program incorporates the work of H. Hoffmann “Der Struwwelpeter.” The main characters in the stories of “Der Struwwelpeter” are used to elicit role play in which the children can experiment with various perspectives and alternative story lines. The children are invited to create happy endings to the stories, so as to demonstrate the ability to change an outcome by means of behavioral adaptation. |
