Registration and Payment

WE ARE NOW FULLY BOOKED FOR THE 
ECArTE Conference 2019, Alcalá de Henares, Spain.  

Please read the following information before you go through the registration process.

Registration and payment

You will need to go through the whole process of registering and paying in order for the system to approve you as a conference delegate.  Please note the only payment option online is via Paypal.  

Institutions

If your institution is paying your conference fee and they require an invoice and/ or need to make alternative arrangements to make the payment, please complete the institution invoice request form within the registration payment section.  

Presenters

All presenters need to register and pay by 1st May to ensure inclusion in the programme.

Member Institutions

Only one Member Representative per Member Institution can apply for the reduced price. The designated member representative will be asked to communicate with the conference office if the offer is being transferred to another individual.  If you are unsure whether this status applies to you please check ECArTE's Member Institutions list.

Global Representatives 

You can only register as a Global and Regional Representative if you have been approved by ECArTE.  If you are unsure whether this status applies to you please check ECArTE's Global Representatives list.

Students

Please note that if you are registering as a student, you will be required to provide proof in the form of a scanned copy of your student identity card or letter of admission.  

You MUST have this ready when you register.
 

Uploading photos and documents 

Please ensure that the photo or document you are trying to upload is no more than 1mb and preferably 500k.

 

Approval and access to the Conference Delegate Area of the site

The ECArTE Conference office will approve your registration once they have received instruction from Paypal, or if you have requested an invoice once payment has been received from you or your institution.

PLEASE NOTE: There may be a period of up to a week between registering and being approved.

Upon approval you will receive an email telling you that you are approved, plus other joining instructions.

Once approved you must login using your user name and password in order to gain access to the conference delegate area and book your workshops. 

Booking workshops

You can book for conference workshops only once your payment has been received and you have been approved. We recommend that you register for workshop places early, since most sessions allow a maximum number of 30 participants.


Conference registration fees

We are pleased to inform you that Conference Registration Fees will be:
Standard Individual Early Bird (received before 1st May 2019)  €400
Standard Individual (received by 31st 2019) €450
Member Representative (one Member Representative per Member Institution) €200 
Global and Regional Representative Early Bird (Received before 1st May 2019) €300
Global and Regional Representative standard €350
Students (with proof of student identity) €200
Retired  €250

Closing Celebration  €30

Conference presenters are required to pay their fee by 1st May 2019.
